I still think that there should be a lot m...Agreed. I still think that there should be a lot more stations downtown. There's a reason why cities around the world do this: it works. The population will increase, we'll need all of these stations. <br /><br />Bringing budget is just an excuse for mediocre design that will end up costing more and most likely become a huge waste of money (like a few other projects in the city). It's not like we have to do it all at once. Unfortunately it seems like a lot of the decision makers in Ottawa are stuck in the same narrow minded way of thinking : Mediocre low cost design over than good quality high cost design.
